Chocolate Cupcake in a Cup
Have you ever been unable to sleep late at night because you feel like eating sweets? Or do your guests come as a surprise? Or are you too impatient in making desserts?
This is the perfect recipe for a quick and easy dessert. And last but not least – very tasty. The fast cooking technology involves the use of a microwave oven. You only need a few ingredients.

Mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt) in a bowl and stir. Of Course you can mix them straight into the cup (make sure that it is microwave proven).

Add the wet ingredients (milk and oil) and stir until the products are completely homogenous.

Finally add pieces of milk chocolate and stir the mixture again.

Transfer to a suitable microwave cup.

Run it at full power for a minute.

Allow the dessert to cool for about 1-2 minutes and garnish with milk chocolate or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
