Tiramisu – Traditional Recipe

There are several reasons to stop right here. Quick, easy and delicious. It only takes 20 minutes and it will charm you with its soft taste of coffee and mascarpone. The coffee will be combined with amaretto. Italian liqueur, which undoubtedly enriches the taste of Tiramisu.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the yolks with 100 grams of sugar with a wire whisk. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix gently until smooth. Then add the cream and stir until the mixture turns into a thick cream.
Take all products out from the refrigerator in advance to room temperature. -
In another bowl, add the lemon juice to the egg whites and beat them until stiff.

Mix the egg whites with the cream, stirring gently with a silicone spatula.

In a bowl, mix the chilled espresso, amaretto and remaining sugar. Stir until the sugar is melted.

Spread the cream on the bottom of a dessert cup with a capacity of 300 ml.

Break a ladyfinger in half and dip only the bottom in the coffee liquid for a while, then place it on top of the cream. Add cream, then another broken soaked ladyfinger. Finish filling the glass to the top with cream.

Leave the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least a few hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa, garnish with fruit and a pinch of lavender.
Notes
