Take 300 grams of Semolina flour, put it in a bowl and then put the eggs inside.

Mix them well until you get nice and soft dough.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. After that you can make any shapes that you can.
Notes
The Dough will last for about two weeks in the refrigerator.
