Outdoor brunch.
Heat a cast iron pan, put the butter and olive oil in it.
Mince the garlic and put it in the pan.
Shred the mozzarella and put it in the cast iron as well.
Coarsely chop the tomatoes and add them to the mozzarella.
Crack the eggs into the pan.
Finely chop one chili pepper and sprinkle it on top.
Add a few basil leaves.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until the eggs are ready.
Enjoy with home made milky bread.
