Description

Outdoor brunch.

Ingredients
  • 3 big eggs
  • 125 g mozzarella (one ball)
  • 30 g butter
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Kumato tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 fresh red chilies
  • 3 stick fresh basil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Eggs with mozzarela on cast iron

    Heat a cast iron pan, put the butter and olive oil in it.

  2. Mince the garlic and put it in the pan.

  3. Eggs with mozzarela on cast iron

    Shred the mozzarella and put it in the cast iron as well.

  4. Eggs with mozzarela on cast iron

    Coarsely chop the tomatoes and add them to the mozzarella.

  5. Eggs with mozzarela on cast iron

    Crack the eggs into the pan.

    Finely chop one chili pepper and sprinkle it on top.

    Add a few basil leaves.

  8. Season with salt and pepper.

  9. Cook until the eggs are ready.
