Ingredients
  • 200 g calamari tubes (cleaned)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 parsley stalks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Clean the tubes , cut into circles, carrots into strips with a peeler or into thin strips.

  2. Chop the garlic and fry with olive oil in a skillet, add the carrots and when soft, add the tubes. Fry for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
